As long as all legal requirements are met, there is nothing to stop two people born on the same day and even same year from marrying. It happens quite often - considered one of the "Connection" factors sharing birthdays.

1) You say same day and same year, but fail to mention same month. So one could be born January 10, and the other November 10. 2) One or both sons could be adopted. Two completely different birth mothers, with coincidentally the same birth date.

Your birthday has nothing to do with whether or not you can get married or not. Actually i think that is pretty cool! at least he wont ever forget your birthday!! (hopefully!) why would you think that you wouldnt be able to marry someone that was born on the same day as you? just curious!!

what happened? some punditji stepped in? what is his solution - first get married to a tree (like aishwarya rai) or give him some donation so he can pray on your behalf and cajole the gods into blessing this marriage? we are living in 2007, man HAS walked on the moon and human beings have been CLONED! tell the punditji to go away. you seem intelligent (can use the computer and internet) are you twins, cousins, same gender (though some places in the world won't object to this even!!), - if yes, then NO.

Sure why not ?! ... unless they were twins (like some ppl already stated) !!!
Looking at Astrological side of view, they would be getting along very well, since they would have almost all the same/similar interests and outlook on life !!!

Marriage must be solemnised only where no question arise about it's possibility or eventuality from the very outset. When you have raised question based on date-factor only, you have got something more serious to hide. So, a straight NO.
