Yes, I once fell asleep in the middle of the afternoon in an incrediably boring Fraud Trial. Wouldn't mind, but it's part of my job to make sure The Judge and Jury don't fall asleep !!

I don't think so....although I have come close to falling asleep at my computer in my office during my lunch break once or twice....back in the days when I worked both sides of lunch time. Right now, I just do a couple of hours per day BEFORE lunch.

when I partying the night before and I get next to little sleep and I load up on sugar and then when I crash I really crash right to sleep and if feels like a split sec but who knows........
I answer the phones and I don't even hear them..
when I get startled by someone coming in I say damn these phones are so busy...

Yes. Back when I sold insurance. It was the busy season and I was working insane hours. I'd put my head down on my desk and cat-nap for 20 minutes. And my boss was totally cool with it.
