Those are ideas and ideals that thinking people care about ,not religions. Why do right wing neo-con fundamentalist, intolerant, legalistic, evangelical Christians try to force their narrow definition of right and wrong on everyone and give all of us other Christians a bad name?

The first two sound like they would be all good for society, but I'm not seeing where you get the third one.
Libs wanna do what we can now about what the majority of scientists call "global warming", cause it would probably be bad for people, ya know, in coastal cities.
How is free health care a bad thing? Don't see the argument there.
Ya got me on the fatherless families. Is this some kinda slam on lesbians getting married or just helping out single moms? Both are OK by me, as the first is none of my business, and the second is just the humane thing to do.
That's what I stand for, how about you?

God, you are pathetic. Since when is global warming a religious issue? Practically every reputable scientist on the planet acknowledges its happening. Only the religious right has bought into the lies spread by the oil companies and the bush administration.
Nowhere is healthcare free. What planet are you living on. In most of the civilized world health care is subsidized by taxes. Do you see the difference? Probably not.
Liberals are those people who see problems, and try to correct them. Think abolitionists and slavery. Conservatives are those who go along with the status quo. Conservatives supported slavery. Yes liberals wanted conservatives to stop supporting slavery.. Is that really so bad?

RELIGION: Religion is a matter of faith, of believing that which cannot be proved.
GLOBAL WARMING: The popular press represents global warming as being a scientific uncertainty. However, all, or almost all, peer-reviewed scientific articles about "global warming" support the theory. A theory is a set of principles used to organize the basic information about a scientific certainty, e.g., theory of gravity, number theory, etc.
HEALTH CARE: It is not a matter of faith that insurance companies pay their executives and employess. It is logical that if that money were spent on health care rather than administration, our health care would cost less. Our senators, representatives and military personnel have socialized (government paid) medicine. If it's good enough (and FREE) for my senator, it's good enough for me.
http://www.photius.com/rankings/healthranks.html ranks the US as 37th in the world. It is not a matter of faith that our health care needs improvement, and that single-payer is a good solution.

Show me some proof that libs "Libs seem to have a "God" of some kind that they are worshiping and they want us to worship that god too."
I'm a lib and my God is personal. I don't appreciate anyone cramming their religion (or politics for that matter) down my throat.
And by the way, "Global Warming, Free Healthcare, Fatherless Families? " is not religion. Political issues, yes, but not religion.

This is, without a doubt, the most ignorant post I have seen. Fatherless families? So, which is it? Don't have an abortion, or have a baby whose father hit the road? Make up your mind! By the way, my daughter's father left when she was 3 months old, and he's a CONSERVATIVE! So, I guess that means that you are the type to run off on the mothers of their children. Man, you disgust me!

You're not actually suggesting that "libs" must be worshipping a different God than non-"libs!"
Global Warming isn't a liberal issue, it's a planetary issue (one that the U.S. is slow to catch onto, compared to others).
Free Healthcare - you mean universal health care?
Fatherless families - what the hell?

You seem to be very ignorant and possibly mentally ill.
I am what some people would call a Liberal. I do not come from a fatherless family, nor are my children fatherless.
I can't even believe I'm responding to this garbage......

Yes, I want you to worship Thor, the god of thunder. But he had a Dad and didn't get free health care to the best of my knowledge.
Are you for real?
