do you mean jane, the Y!A team member from the suggestion boards and such?
She IS rather smug over her decision making powers over what is clearly subject to personal interpretations due to the ambiguity of some of Y!A's guidelines. Must be nice to wield such authority.

i dunno who jane is, but i think violations notices are essentially a form of censorship...so I'd probably say no...
