I've purchased some vouchers and I was told they are only sold in 10/15/25 Euros etc. I've got money left on each of the vouchers which is less than I need for my next purchase. I now need to purchase more vouchers...will the balance on each of my existing vouchers be taken into consideration for my new voucher?

Perhaps I should have explained further.

I used the UKash vouchers as preferred form of payment online (not wanting to use credit or debit card etc)

Amazing how many people get caught up in systems that neither they nor anyone else understands ..

I usually say 'assume the worst' .....

PS In future, try using Bank Transfers, Cheques, Postal Orders, PayPay, Cash and (if none of the previous are acceptable) Western Union
