If you mean Native americans as opposed to Indians that live in India, I have observed a terribly disproportionate amount of graffiti and vandalism on reservations, and we have quite a few in this state.
No answer for you, you will have plenty of mean spirited "answers" here but it is a problem that no one has been able to come up an answer for.
Many have proposed eliminating the reservation system altogether and make everyone live as U.S Citizens with no regard to race but it is difficult to present this without being called Indian Hater or worse.
My daughter is married to a Native Amcerican and although there are many many issues I do not understand, I can assure I am NOT an Indian hater for trying to consider options that will improve their quality of life.

no scene on any movies should show damaging public property.
all these political leaders should stop feeding all their DADAS
because they are the first people to destroy the public property
when ever any minor issue comes.
