They are so unhappy together and have tried to resolve it for years, but go round in circles. He's working mega long hours to be away from her.
I have just started working with a lovely person and I commented that she'd be great with my friend - the conversation evolved and it turns out she knows this bloke well. So now I have two friends, one married to him and one who really likes him alot, and I have kind of told my colleague that his marriage is on the rocks.
How do I handle this?!!

Keep your nose out of your mate's marriage. You do not need to be suggesting to him that his marriage is over but you just happen to know someone interested in him.
Be a real friend and just sit back and offer a shoulder to cry on or an ear for listening and keep the advice to yourself.
You don't want him blaming you at some point if things don't work out from your advice.

What does this situation have to do with you. You are causing more harm than good. If you were a friend you would not have mentioned your friends marriage problems to anyone. You are interferring and could ruin peoples lives.
IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS and you deserve for your friend never to speak to you again, why should your friend now trust you.
What do you mean you kinda said his marriage was on the rocks - you either have or haven't, there is no kinda about it.
You deserve no friends - do you realise what you have done.

you should not encourage this.If your friends relationship is that bad why have they not split up?To get involved with someone else will only add to the problems not help them. You should butt out and not get involved as you will be part of any blame and cause ill feelings between your friends.

To be honest as much as you want to help id say stay out of it. Dont risk getting yourself caught in the middle. Let your friends sort out there marrige by themselfs first, then if they do spilt you can play cupid when he is ready to move on. hope this helps.

you let them handle it but if the marriage has been bad for years, they need to first get a divorce so that they both can go and find someone that they can be happy with!!

you arent going to lose a friend you likely going to lose 2 both if you try to set this up and it doesnt work and the wife may come looking for you and you may want to find out if she is crazy could be trouble for you
