Look up the colleges you want to apply to. They will list application due dates on their websites. If you can't find the due dates call their admissions department and they will be more than happy to assist you.

You only apply junior year if you are looking to skip your senior year of high school. Typically you apply fall of your senior year and due dates for early admissions are usually early december and regular admissions are due either late december or mid jan.
