this guy who just turned 25 , i'm 20 by the way, hes my coworker at the restaurant i work at , anyway , this guy is those cocky guys -pretty boy, anyway, we were talking about underagers using fake IDs to get into clubs, this guy knows im a virgin and i'm not sure if he thought about it with what he said, anyway, he said he screwed an eleven year old and he said how she was soo nice and tight and that it wasnt his fault that she was underage since she used a fake ID to get into a 21 and over club,he assumed she was old enough, i was disgusted when he said this, i admit i liked this guy b/c hes a very good looking guy but when he said this comment, my stomach turned , i asked him if he was joking and he said yes, but even as a joke, what kind of a man jokes about this stuff? what should i have done, i mean am i over reacting? he said this not only in front of me , but he said it in front of his buddy and another girl and they just laughed about it

First of all, he is very immature and not very bright.
Second, you have a decision to make.
You can report him to management and tell them how uncomfortable you were when he said those things. Management then has an obligation to tell him to not speak that way in front of you. However, since other co-workers laughed (including the girl), don't be surprised if you get treated as some sort of outcast or snitch by your co-workers.
Or, you can ignore it, and hope he doesn't continue his repulsive behavior.
It comes down to which choice you feel more comfortable making.

Have you EVER seen an 11-y.o. that could pass for 21? This guy is pulling your leg. If he likes joking about stuff like that then you deserve better. He's probably a virgin, too, and just wants to bang you so he can brag w/o lying.

To be honest, this sounds like he is trying to tell some stories to the people at work. How does an 11 year old pass for a 21 or over club, evene with a fake ID. He's probably pulling your chain. But that still doesn't make it right.

You might mention to your employers that you understand someone is having it off with the customers, which is bad for business, no matter what age they are. If you think this guy is lying about this 11yr old, then he's just an idiot...but an idiot worth avoiding. That's not funny to joke about. If you think he's lying about it being a JOKE...then yes, you should say something. Frankly, I don't see how a man could mistake an 11 yr old for someone over 21. Doesn't seem like he's much of a man.

I don't know about notifying anyone, since this loser obviously either has never been with a girl or woman at all and is bragging for some horrible reason, or just making a very bad joke. (BUT ... If you really think he's telling the truth, I'd say go for it!) Either way, he's lost all sex appeal, so whatever you do, don't date or talk to him outside of what's absolutely required because of work.

i don't think you should go to the managers..... i think you should tell him to not say stuff like that because it really bothered you.... but if he keeps going i suggest you should tell a manager and tell them what he is telling you... i was actually in a similar situation... my cousin was dating a jerk and he admitted to her that he slept with a nine year old when he was 21 years old in Mexico... what a creep... that got me so mad i wanted to go to the cops... but i couldn't because i had no evidence.... and that a.s.s. whole rapped my cousin... thank goodness he's in jail and he's going to be there for a while.... also i suggest you watch your back because you never know if he was actually serious.... he probably saw that you where bothered by it and told you it was a joke... so be careful... please

This is considered sexual harrasment. If the content of his words were sexually related, whether directed at you or about you or not, and it offended you, it is sexual harrasment. Yes, you should go to the manager. You should be aware that this may come back at you tho. It depends on how the manager handles it.
