bounce rope and tae-bo (sorry that doesn't help with the home difficulty). Tae-bo has a fat-burning workout consultation applying bands it quite is amazing! He kills your legs and arms and that i observed extensive consequences interior the 6 months I used that dvd till I joined the wellbeing club. there is not any longer various leaping around in that one.

Anything cardio- I hate weights! Ellipitical machine, stationary bike, treadmill, jogging, kickboxing, and situps. Because I do situps because the floor work tells me it's almost the end of workout.

@ the Gym..i like to do work on the eliptical machine..It gets me going...then I do some weight training..(the butt blaster, the thigh machine, I do some squats/lunges, and some sit-ups
