Absolutely NOT! Our governement, started the "war on drugs" but yet, our government is one of the biggest suppliers to the US. They are trying to censor us way to much. Reminds me of Nazi Germany. What rights do they have to ban these products from us? Let me guess because of the crime that comes with the use of these items? That is such BS! There is more crime with these things banned. I dont agree with a lot of drugs, I myself would never use them, but it is not mine or anyone elses place to say what is okay for you to do or not. If you want to use heroin, or alcohol or what ever you want, if you lose your life to it, well that is the life you chose. Our governement is not worried about chasing down pedophiles simply because it is known that our government is also one of the largest pedophiles there is. They run so many child sex rings. There was a huge case in Nebraska that came about, our government officials were involved in selling, children for sex. Illegal aliens, well that is another joke as well to our government. There is no such thing as an Illegal alien anymore. Not in their eyes anyway, now that there pushing the NAU. Did you know that according to their own statistics, police officers are 3times more likely to be involved in all sorts of crime, from rape, murder, drugs, prostitution, pedophilia, etc. then ANYONE else. Those numbers are soo sad. Stand up for your rights, stand up for your constitution, or they will be gone!

Only if they ban ignorance first. And for the girl that says that cigs should be because she has seen something. Who cares what you saw, there are a million times more that die from the rest of the given examples in a lot worse manner. Ever see a person chew their lips and/or tongues completely off? Ever see a newspaper? There are far worse tragedies in the world than cancer! Besides the govt. has sued the big cig companies for the increased health care of the smokers remember? Oh yeah the smokers will never see that money. Cool waste of taxpayer bucks, huh?

Thats a pretty limited option there, but if you are only allowed to chose one of the two (which I see absolutely no connection with since one is legislation matters and one is enforcement matters) I would chose chasing down pedophiles and illegal aliens.

relies upon on the way you view the function of authorities. in my opinion i imagine a spotlight on "genuine" social subject matters might want to be of income to both society & authorities. Having a "nanny state" does no longer help everybody contained in the lengthy run!
