answers when i really like this section the very best??

Why do you want many answers? You should be happy to get few answers but good answers!!!

Someone just asked a similar question a few hours ago in the category of Yahoo Answers. I will now cut & paste my answer from hers to yours, since it applies to both. Enjoy:
It's most likely because dozens (if not hundreds) of questions pour into Y!A every second. The P&S section alone has 6 pages of questions on any given day. And I personally do not look at the questions past page one. Therefore, the average question probably has precious few minutes to get noticed before it is buried in Y!A no-man's-land.
It is not a personal reflection of your question-asking abilities. :-)

Don't worry. You're not alone. I asked a really interesting question this morning and only got three answers.
These days, only people with sexy avatars (not that there's anything wrong with yours) and theme questions get the most answers in this section.

I think maybe there is an inner circle you need to be in for your questions to recieve large amounts of answers.
