On the news last night several people bought tickets on ebay and went to the Indians game and the barcodes on the tickets wouldnt scan. Obviously they were bogus tickets! Not sure I would trust getting tickets on ebay!

eBay knows what state you are in and has pre-set limits for ticket prices. It won't let you sell a ticket for more than the state limit.

ebay now owns stubhub.com - ticket sales should be directed there, and you can review the scalping policies there as well.
