No. I haven't had a real conversation with anyone in months. When I pick up my mail It's "Hi, how are you'" and "fine, you? I rarely see anyone. I go to the grocery store. That's about it.

Yes I have. My closest friend and I went to the Medical University of South Carolina so her son would have surgery on his arm. We were told to be there at `11:30 AM, well someone messed up, the appointment was for 3:30 PM.
I will spend the week taking care of her son, post op.
We walked miles and miles and miles, I wore high heels, so we were joking about all the times we go with each other and not once have things EVER gone smoothly. That includes last week when I printed the directions to the doctors office and she left them on the table. But we always make the best of it.

I have been having conversations ever since I woke up at 6:45 this morning. The husband , the kids, the doctor's office, the store, the kids' teacher, the school office, etc.
Yeah, believe it or not, it's worth waking up in the morning.

Yes I had the 3 yearly inspectors here looking over my apt. They were nice but the super here is a bit blaahhh I have a lighting problem and he chooses to just ignore it. I also had a call from a friend and my daughter--good stuff. Good day, nice and sunny for now and cool and a bit windy, my kinda fall. By the way, many people think I am a guy--not I am an old mom I just don't do the avatar thing.

Matter of fact, I have.....and it was really worth having. A coworker passing by my desk asked me how I was feeling, and for once I told the truth...NOT WELL....One thing led to another and she told me of a wonderful doctor very near my home [although I have an appt. with a new doc on Monday, I was looking for someone special..] Ya' never know where your help will come from.

There is also a man at my job who has latched on to the fact that I am a news hound and he asks me every day 'hear anything worth talking about?' Yesterday we talked about this past weekend's Meet the Press with Bill Cosby and Dr. Poussaint.

Yes, my mom called this morning and we had a good chat about our critters. We're all always talking to them. Then my daughter called and we talked about how her work and school is going and how things are here. I've had several conversations with my husband today. They were all worth having.

Yes I talked to my wife this morning, then to the lady in the bank. I talked to my wife at lunch time then we went to the bio-mechanical dept of the hospital and had a talk to my limb fitter after that we met my daughter in Norwich and had coffee and a chat. When we got home I talked to a friend to see if she wanted to go on a historical walk round the town in the 3rd November for charity but she will be in Spain. After that I talked to my wife and daughter about the possibility of me going to London to be a maid at a party in November. Yes all in all I have had a number of conversations today and most of them meaningful
