No, you do not wear underwear underneath a swimming costume and you can wear either a bikini or swimming costume although I guess it is up to your mum.

No, you don't if it's an actual swimsuit. At 12 you can wear what you want. I've always liked boy shorts or a tankini for kids. More modest.

no way dont ever wear underwear under a bathing suit its just not right. if you are 12 and you are hot (and a girl) wear a bakini guys will be falling all over themselves to talk to you

wear a bikini if u feel confident in one... i did from when i was little..
