They are always ready. It will be a cakewalk,the Russians will welcome us as liberators. Unfortunately reality is never down for the count. May America be liberated from this mindless dangerous macho mentality in foreign policy

And the liberal approach is to bully Turkey with outdated language 90 yrs old.. .hold the prospect of passing a Vote in Congress NEXT month, yet everybody including Turkey thinks it means now... we have a base over by the Caspian Sea. Putin wants it exclusive to nations surrounding the land locked water avenues. Funny he wants the North Pole routes & oil too?! He wants the region to vote to keep the US out should we chose to use that for our strike against Iran. Cheney is not letting this go to any .... who takes over Jan'09.
This is a Bi-Partisan event. Not just one side of the aisle here.Hillary said yesterday on The View she wants to show Iran & China tuff & effective changes? So your Democrats are just as guilty my friend and comrade.
PS. Putin & Iran have a monetary issue going on. They were to build a nuclear facility for Iran but she's not been paying the bills. SO Putin put it on hold. Pres i'madinnajacket ain't happy.

This one made me laugh.
Right now, Russia is flaunting WW II bombers--several generations behind most of the world in technology. I think even Iranian F-15s could shoot those lumbering hulks out of the air.
Russia is also flaunting the "father of all bombs", a big metal thing that floats in by parachute!
I'm sorry, PARACHUTE?
What can stop us from dragging the bomb by the parachute over a Russian city and then letting it go?
Russia, China, Iran, Iraq and Turkey can all come against America together and still lose. This is not a contest of strength, it's a contest of technology, and we're so far ahead that I'm surprised anyone would take Russia seriously.
Look what we're doing in Iraq.
We're fighting a war and building schools and roads at the same time. It's as if the war is a side issue, a mere irritant!

Why is the US messing with Turkey, Iran and Russia, I don't know.
But I am very interested on who pulling the strings behinds the scences.
I also heard some rumors on Bush, WW3, and other trivia, but they are a bit too far fetched for me to understand.
But back to the question.
I don't know the whole story, but messing with a ex-spook who answers to no one is a very frightening idea. And that's even on good terms.

Putin word smithed his answer carefully. He said that the US cannot use Russia as a staging ground for an attack against Iran. He did not say he condemned any military action against it.

Lets break this down.
We have a chance to talk with the Russians about the missle defense system.
Iraq we are doing well there and things are improving.
Turkey pass your thanks onto the Democrats for getting them mad at us.
Iran well maybe you think we should let them denoate a couple of nukes in Israel or in the US before you think about calling for a UN session or write a nasty letter how upset we are with them.
