how do i get the pictures from my verizon cell phone onto my pc?

i have taken pictures of my son bull riding and i want them on my pc so i can send them to his god-mother, how do i do this and what equipment do i need?

You can send pictures from your phone to your computer using email, but it's going to cost you about 10 cents per kb depending on your phone and wireless service. Pictures are usually at least 75kb, so it could cost you 75 cents or more to email it.

View your picture on your phone, and then press the menu key and select the option to Send in a Message. When it prompts you to enter the phone number, switch to text mode (usually the # key) and enter an email address.

I recommend using a bluetooth connection or a usb data cable instead though, as these methods will let you transfer pictures to your computer as many times as you want without wireless carrier fees. And from there you can email them using your regular email program (e.g. outlook, eudora, etc).

The article linked below provides instructions for all three approaches using a Motorola Razr phone, but the process will be the same for a Verizon phone as well.

Email OR 'picture message' them to your email address & then open & save the attachment (picture) as whatever you want & then attach THAT to the email to his GodMother.
