My preference is T-Mobile. Their customer service is the highest rated in the country by JD Powers & Associates. Sprint's customer service is absolutely horrible and Verizon could do better. Sure Verizon is in places T-Mobile isn't, but at least T-Mobile reps treat me respectfully and actually know what they're talking about. And best of all, if they don't know, they will say they don't know and they will try to find someone to help you who knows more than they do!

It all depends on what you use your phone for. I suggest you look at each phone site and see which plan best fits your needs. I use cingular becuase they have a lot of nice smart phones that i can use for work things.

Hope this helps
