I try to use common sense as well as information I've read that I could pass onto a person and really help that person.
Turn about is fair play. You help me, I help you.
If I read the question and if I don't think I can honestly help, I will not offer a response.
I may even incorporate the word PERSONALLY, as to excuse myself from the situation.

Because I take the time to answer each question as thoroughly as I can and actually think it over before I answer and don't answer questions that I don't believe I have the "qualifications" to answer. I only answer questions that I believe I can help someone.

If my answer is the answer you need...although I may ramble on, I try finding info to help, I put thought into personal answers...when I ask a question that's what I'm looking for.
