I'm looking for a word...
that you could say has the definition of the mentoree. :)

any words might help.
(Yes I tried thesaurus.com, but have no idea what I'm trying to find.)

Actually.. both Mentor/Mentee and Mentor/Protege are correct.

A mentor's mentor, for want of a better word or phrase. Maybe a mentor's guru?

Edit: Sorry. Guess I need my glasses changed. I think protege is the word you are looking for.

mentee. honestly i'm not sure that's a real word, but i was a mentor in a school and the group of students we mentored were referred to in all the texts as our 'mentees'. hope that helps!

According to my Chambers dictionary it is a 'Mentee'. Someone who is tutored by a Mentor.
