It's a scam. You will be asked for financial information that will be used for identity theft. Same as the Nigerian money scams that ask you to help get money into your country, with the promise of you getting to keep large sums for helping them.

def sounds like a scam...they'll most likely ask for your personal account info so they can "deposit" your winnings, (To make it easier on you..) then they'll take off with everythng plus your identity, don't go there!!!
