You get them while your skin is stretching. If you havent got any now i doubt you'll get them, I didnt get any at all. As long as you dont put on too much weight too quickly, you dont tend to get them but its different for everyone.

any person can get stretch marks it is not limited to just pregnate women, If you are a child who is gaining to much weight or a women or man growing to much tissue in the place of the skin you will have stretch marks. The best advice I could give you is As a pregnate women if you have none now at 7months it doesnt mean that your stomach will no expand even more over the next 2 monthes use some cream like coco butter or dermascar even if they start to appear they will aliminate most of the issues at hand. Remember after the baby that you should tone your stomach back into shape or before long stretches in the skin will show. Take care and congrats!!!!

I also had no stretch marks at 7 months. At nine months is when they showed up overnight. Start using something now. I don't know how much it helps, but something is better than nothing. I think mom's should get together and we start wearing our stretchmarks as a sign of pride that we were lucky enough to have our own children since there are a lot of moms out there who can't.

Not all pregnant women get stretch marks, though most of them do. You may get them toward the 9th month, or you may not. If you do not, count your blessings- you have great skin elasticity! I would start using Cocoa butter on your tummy NOW, so that you can prevent any that might try to come up.

After Birth, when the skin shrinks then you notice little lines
on the side of your hips, I will suggest something for that if
it does appear, because not everyone has that after birth.
Cocoa Butter cream especially by Palmer's, but you have to
apply it specifically to the areas for a few months and it will
disappear after awhile. Try it you will get results.

You get them at your belly stretches farther out. You make not notice them until after the baby is born and you belly goes back to normal. I rubbed mineral oil on my belly everynight before bed to keep my skin high elastic - to prevent stretch marks from happening.

they usually come during pregnancy as they are a result of skin stretching and expanding. The skin stops doing that after birth.

lucky you for not having any yet, i got them with my first, and YES i could see them, they were huge and horrid looking, and unfortunately the more lotion i put on, the more i got :( but it wouldn't make any sense to get stretch marks after being pregnant, after the thing that's making your skin stretch is out of you - unless of course you gain tons of weight after you give birth.
