Let me tell you my story.
I was born and brought up in town A, age 19 I moved to B for college for 4 years, now I'm back in A. I am at college again but after the course I am wondering if I should move back to B for good.

A is a small boring very rough town with druggies.
B is a city with loads to do and a higher standard of life.

Snag is A is where my family are.

Another thing, I have autism but I get support for things like cooking and socialising, both A and B can provide this.

A and B are about 150 miles apart but I am willing to travel up in the holidays to visit.

If you want any more details jsut ask.

by the descriptions you gave of each town/city, sounds like you really like B, so you should go for B.

and like you said, you can always visit A during the holidays.. so really, you're gaining a lot and not really losing anything.

good luck!

You're being vague, so it's going to be a little difficult to answer this question. Still I'd say that you're homesick and dealing with issues of inadequacy. Also, you seem a bit immature, but you're only 19 (so that's probably why).

I think that you should stay at school 'A' for the time being, and continue getting your basics. In a year, you may feel differently and you'll be a wiser and have a better idea of what you really want.

P.S. There's no escaping addicts. Anywhere you go, you're going to meet people who abuse drugs. It might not be so obvious, but there's no escaping it.

Well you have to continue to grow, and I say go with 'B', your family isn't too far away, so it's not that bad. Don't live in a town with druggies, better to get away from that junk, and have a higher standard of living.

Move to town B. It sounds like it is much more comfortable for you. You can visit family and they can visit you. You have a support system, so it should work for you.

it's a no brainer, leave the nest, avoid the drugs.

you know the answer - why are you asking strangers??

Oh, and don't listen to these morons... you SURE CAN avoid druggies.. when you meet one, don't hang out with them, when you see drugs, that's a sign you're in the wrong place (or they are) and you should leave (or they should).

People who say you can't avoid drugs are called "addicts"

If you want to move, then move.
If you want to move again, move again.
If you want to stay put, stay put.
