Yes, in many, many jurisdictions in the world, pre-marital sex is illegal.
EDIT: In Illinois(?) it's a felony.
But, then, in some jurisdictions, so is driving a motorised vehicle without having a person carrying a light 50 feet in front of you while driving at night. So, what's the real point?
Are you wanting to know what the likelihood of being arrested is? In Canada/US/EU, the probability would be so close to zero as to be moot.
Unless, she cried rape, in which case you're in for a tight squeeze.

No but it isn't responsible at all. Most of the time they are caused by an over amount of alcohol or drugs.
Young people today tend to forget that their bodies are temples. Sex is a precious gift. A one night stand with someone you don't know and will probably never again see is quite dangerous today beings that sexually transmitted diseases have been on the rise in the US for the last 15 years and continuing to rise.
What exactly does one gain from a one night stand? Do you really feel better in the morning? Isn't uncomfortable as you try to slink out of whereever you two have laid your heads? Do you even sleep with them all night?
I don't understand the purpose.
