they plan it to be used to track those who don't tow the line -particularly when they induce economic crisis to size assets and impoverish the population.

This may well coincide with a false flag WMD attack and/or a induced pandemic .e.g bird flu in which the lock down will be justified on the grounds of public safety
those deemed troublesome have FEMA camps already waiting to receive inmates.

It will not be forced upon us at first, it will look like an excellent idea and the masses will line up for it. It will secure your medical records, your financial info, even secure your money because it's on your chip not some central computer core. then any transaction can be made by scanning your hand, data will be read and updated. and with GPS technology, your loved ones will always be able to find you if you are lost or kidnapped.
"no one could buy or sell anything without the mark" that is how it will destroy us.

With how life is going today, I think it would be a good thing (kinda like the eye thing in Minority Report). [Public] Crime would go down, but I think corruption may go up?!
