my last day of employment was 31 december 2006? i didnt physically work for this company as i was tupe'd over from a contstruction company on 30th nov 2006 and was on garden leave for 1 month??

If you are applying for the same job title, you have to wait for two years. If you are going for some other job within the company, you can apply immediately. Good luck.

Yes, you can, HOWEVER the Inland Revenue will become very interested in Taxing your Redundancy Pay if you rejoin them within 6 months or so (or in the same Tax Year)

... since December 2006 is previous Tax Year and also outside 6 months, you should be fine.

Yes you can, so long as your job description is different.This is because it's not the person who is made redundant, but the job they had.
