Swampert is immune to electricity, but has a 4x weakness to gress. But has the best move pool out of all of them
Secptile comes 2nd because he's the fasted grass type in the series making him excellent with Leech Seed and Substitute
Blaziken was pretty bad in the Ru/Sa/Em Metagame where most of it's good attacks were fire based. In D/P its far better with the physical fire attacks being placed in the game. he has a few advantaes, but is ultimately outclassed by Infernape in D/P

most likely blaziken dont listen to the guy above me lol
blaziken owns infernape. It owns all the starters to date apart from charizard which was just the best.
Swampert would come second. It owned. Water/ground owns.
Sceptile was the worst starter to date apart from venusaur lol

ive put a best pokemon from each little list you have, obviously this isnt neccisarily the best from each group, but in my opinion they are, well here goes..... lugia, suicine, regice, azelf, kyogre, palkia, latios, mew ( go with the classic lol and it can learn every TM, which is cool ), giratina, infernape, swampert, venasaur, umbreon. and then between arceus and mewtwo, ive got them both, and i have to say i prefer using mewtwo, arceus is good but its stat are very rounded, being at 120 for each, yes its good but mewtwo has stats that work, defences that are acceptable, and 130 speed isnt guna be outran by much, and also its insane 154 special attack. what more cud yu ask for lol
