I have a leaky faucet behind the bar at work, and I was trying to take the handle off to get to the washer but everything is very corroded from hard water and it wont budge. I'm trying a little delimer but if that doesn't work does anyone have any suggestions?

3-IN-1 oil might help if left on overnight.

I had the same problem. I put a piece of thick wood behind the handle so I would not wreck the chrome. Then I took a large screwdriver and pried forward. I then rotated the handle so the screwdriver was touching a new area and then pried again. After going all around it had a speck of wiggle room so I repeated getting it looser until it came off.

Once it was off I scraped off the lime deposits and then smeared grease on the place where the handle touches the stem.

I have taken it off again since then and it slid right off that next time.
