Possible, yes. I consider myself an obedient partner in my relationships. But I participate in relationships that a little less than 'traditional' or 'vanilla'. If that sort of thing appeals to you try http://www.alt.com . OR There is the possibility that you are more traditional in which case you might want to explore churches or prayer groups to find a mate. It's okay to embrace traditional gender roles if that's what feels right to you. Just try to do it with class. Have a groovy day.

Is it possible to find an obedient husband these days? A spouse should be respected and loved, not treated like a maid.

Obedient, what the heck do you mean by that? Seriously though? If you mean faithful and loving, yes it's possible. If you mean they will do everything they can for you just as you do for them, then yes again. Equal parts. Now here's a question for you. Is it possible to find an honest, hardworking, trustworthy, handsome husband nowadays??

Of course, liberals and others are going to scream bloody murder at this today.
However, if you are a DECENT MAN, you have every right to inquire about this, and to expect it. If man is not honorable, however, a woman is under no obligation to go along with him, and should indeed stand against him. That's why it's so important for a woman to find a decent man when marrying.
That is what's meant by "love, honor and OBEY," that the liberals have removed from the wedding vows. Also, they changed from being pronounced "husband and wife" (truly sickening) from "man and wife," which it was when marriages were successful.
Most people will not be able to understand this, but I don't care. I say this according to my right to Freedom of Speech and rules of Yahoo.

Yes it is possible as I am such a wife. My husband is respectful, protective and loving to me and I am adoring, nurturing and obedient to him.
I don't know if you are Christian or not but it seems to be more acceptable and easier to find a women like this in those areas.
As long as you present yourself as a respectable man and treat her right she will be obedient, even if she won't admit it.
:o)

No we don't think like that. A marriage should work two ways. Do you expect to be able to say, "right, I'm going out", and expect your good little wife to reply "ok dear, see you later" every time while she's stuck at home. Whenever you want?

If she has a brain, absolutely not. Love, honor and obey goes both ways sweetie pie. Marriage is a partnership and everything should be agreed upon by both parties.
