It's not up far enough. Has to get past the constricting muscles. You should get some coaching from someone who knows how to use them (mom? older sister? friend?). The applicator type will probably be easiest, but if you have the non-applicator type, you will have to... well, get someone to talk you through it. :-)

ur not putting it in right then, u need to make sure that while holding the applicator ur middle and thumb finger touches ur body before u push the tampon in. If it still doesnt work then I have no clue, read the directions and change ur tampon so its fresh before u try again. If it doesnt work out then ask an older women like ur mom or even ur friends. Good Luck
And if its not an applicator kind of tampon then i would say switch to the applicator kind its wonderful

What might be happening is your not pushing the applicator up high enough. So next time try pushing it in until your fingers your holding the tampon with touch your vagina (normally on some tampons there is a grip then push the tampon up until the grip)
Hope this helped (:
Also you can email if you need anymore help.

Go to a larger size. I had problems with the tampons becoming uncomfortable too and that's what I had to do. It worked! They stay in place much better, it takes some getting used to but its worth it!

Make sure, if you push in all way in proper. If you put your tampon in middle hole. Just follow the instruction on the package to show you how put tampon inside your body proper. Just take time and relax. Best thing for you to hold your breath for few seconds and let it out and take time to start put your tampon in your body. Don't shove in or rush. Just take time and goes easy. Honey....
