a cocoa mousse made with rocotta cheese , unsweetened cocoa and splenda. i'm diabetic also and this nails my sweet tooth. tastes great. has about 5 carbs.

A huge pan of peach cobbler. Here's a carton of vanilla ice cream to go with it. I like warm peach cobbler topped with ice cream.
