Find out their route to work and , one morning , hire a plane and freefall onto the top of their car wearing only a pair of underpants embroidered with the words I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU on them . Hopefully after a few tries you will be able to land and stand on the bonnet as they are going along - if you can learn a song to sing at the same time , that would be even more effective .

The most important thing to do is TELL people that you appreciate them!!!!
My kids get lots of hugs, love and kisses~not to mention pretty much what ever they want (as long as they behave!). My husband, will get me violated if I tell you how I appreciate him~just know there is ALWAYS a happy ending! I also LOVE to cook and bake for friends and family. I send cards, letters and lots of emails.For my fellow Y!A~I hand out stars and best answers!

I tell them...and show them when I can! I like to do little things to let them know just how much I care and appreciate them and all they do! I think hugs and kisses work the best!!! =D

I tell them with a hug, and I treat them well.
I also show my appreciation for them by doing little things they in turn would appreciate. Actions really can speak louder than words. :)

Say thank you or send a thank you note or bake them some bread or do something unexpected to show them you do so appreciate their help and time.

I usually give them stuff. Since I sell candles for my 2nd "job", they will usually get something along that line, or a holder to put them in...if I know that they like that kind of stuff. Otherwise I will bake, cookies, cakes, pies, you name it.
