I intend to write an anonymous to a company of my ex who had affairs with men in her company so that she gets the sack. Is there any legal implication if I do so. I want to teach the **** who cheated on me from time and time again.

Unless you have proof or she admits it you could be charged for slander. If she actually does get fired she can sue you for lost wages as well.

The only way she would "get the sack" is if it against company policy for employees to date or be romantically linked. Otherwise it no ones business - not even yours.

I am sorry that she hurt you. Be a better person and let it go. It sounds like she is more then capable of causing her own problems.

Don't waste your time. The company will toss it into the trash, no matter who gets it. We no longer brand people with a scarlet A because they had affairs. No one cares who is sleeping with whom. The legal implication is that your ex can use this as evidence in a stalking complaint filed with the police and a civil suit against you. Even though you write is anonymously, everyone will know it is from you.

Unless your ex is a law officer or works in some other occupation where her personal conduct is of importance to her job, it is unlikely that an anonymous letter will be taken seriously or have any repercussions for her. In fact, they would have to show her the letter, and if she can point without a doubt that it came from you, she can legally file a restraining order and harassment charges against you in a court of law.

Having an affair is not normally seen as grounds to dismiss someone. While almost all employment is at will, there are still certain areas a business is best advised to avoid.

Additionally, unless you have PROOF that she had an affair you could open yourself to liability as well, particularly if she does get dismissed from work.

I hope she gets the sack. That will teach her right to diss on men.

I strongly suggest you stop hurting yourself and let this go. No good will come of this, certainly not to you.
