yes, but not in a good way. well, the first one i guess counts.

first one was hers, had it for years. sprung a few leaks, replaced it and noticed when her last boyfriend put it together, he did it wrong. blots sticking up through the bed. mattress rubbed against them during the waves. he was not man enough to break the bed.

second time i bought a bed used, had a design flaw. the frame was designed to snap together, no screws. it came undone during heavy sex. no real damage. drilled screws into it the next day.

third time, something got onto the mattress, some kinky sex product im sure, and it stiffened the mattresss,(freeflow. best for high wave surfing) one night when it was just me and the cat, the bed cracked. 1' long split in the top. water pouring out, cat looking at me like " you better fix that ".
never underestimate the liner.

if you split a new mattress, you go girl. high heels stabbing through the mattress do not count, or handcuffs.

if the frame just came undone, just put some wood screws in it.

if you broke the frame. i mean splintered wood ,wow. what a lucky guy you have.

No, but I have done better.

When I was younger, I was with someone on the top bunk of a bunkbed, with someone asleep on the bottom bunk. We broke the top bunk and it came crashing down.

Luckily it didn't hurt the guy asleep in the bottom bunk, I still get ribbed about this from my friends and it has been over 10 years ago!

Nope, but one did spring a leak. It happened when a girl friend left an earring and it fell down between the mattress and the side wall. So I bought a new, better mattress.

I had one that broke all the sudden, water everywhere. No more waterbeds.

Humidity can wilt triple starch and with the nice and comfy temperature you're so moist that the rain isn't to be prevented- in basic terms savored for the chilliness. very constructive little haiku that extremely turns the trick.

That's why snorkels were standard issue back in the Seventies; you'd see them on many bedside tables. Knees and elbows were the main culprits (I won't go any farther than that).

I prefer a good hard sturdy bed, that way I can feel the full effect, and not get motion sickness.
