a way to do it with CSS?

for example, i want the main part of the website to move when i grab and move the browser window -- like this website:

http://www.arborday.org/trees/treeguide/

and...actually the yahoo answers website as well.

The dynamicdrive website has some excellent example of how to setup different kinds of layouts using CSS.

You'll find a lot of examples of both static and liquid layouts that use just css to position and move the various elements of a page.

I'm fine with it. Punk can't wrestle a regular match right now, much less TLC, so why not shake things up and let the new guys shine? Who knows, maybe this means Smackdown will finally headline a PPV for the World Title...but I doubt it. I'm guessing Ziggler vs Cena will end up taking the top spot on the card. On another high note; how badass will GTS look when someone's eating an Austin-esc knee brace on the way down?
