No I wake up each day happy to be alive and I do the best I can to make the day special because each day is a gift and we have so much beauty! It is supposed to be a beautiful 81 degrees here today I can go outside cut down some palm trees fronds and pull some weeds water the trees get dinner going, go to the market and have a wonderful day. We are lucky to be here this day is a gift that is why they call it the present :-)

Not sad. I am frustrated that I ate so much junk this morning and now do not feel so hot. I AM sad about that! I do hope you feel better, though! Stay on here long enough and you are bound to get a good laugh!

it seems like the past two years have been nothing but sad.
but even though the situation is now somewhat worse than before, i feel alot better the past few weeks. i still have sad moments though but i just deal with them.geting alot more exercise and that helps.
let me tell you "anti-depressants" are one big joke. I've been on 4 kinds in 10 years.
only thing that happens now is, i sure get angry easily if i dont take my prozac(double dose 40 mg) i wish i could quit it.

Yes. My 15 year old decided he wants to move in with my parents, so I dropped him off there last night & went out and got drunk. I am hunover and sad and I can't sleep.

Had an excellent day. My best friend called me up and we went to lunch. My friend bought the lunch as well. I had the salty fish and chicken fried rice and gan bian si ji dou. Was tremendous.
