Where can I find quality ones for a decent price between $10 to $15?

Hue (at Bloomingdales, most higher end chains) sells tights for like 3 for 20.
Leggings are a little more, since they're thicker and more like pants/outerwear bottoms. But I'm sure you can find cheap leggings at Target.

Tights are, uh, tighter. Many kinds are also semi-sheer when stretched to their max, like over the hips and butt. They can be footed or footless, but are not fully opaque when stretched, like at a bent knee or heel.
Leggings remain opaque and can be worn like close-fitting pants. They're very popular right now.

tights go over you feet and leggings can be any length from just above to a bit below the knee. But you can get footless tights too which are like leggings really. And there EVERYWHERE

Leggings are tights that stop at or below your knees or above your ankles, leggings might have lace or a design at hem. Tight go down all the way to your toes.

I don't know where u live but in Chicago there is a store called Burlington Coat Factory...they have all kinds of clothes including tights etc...I believe leggings are not tight...

Tights go round your feet. Leggings stop before your ankle you can get them anywhere!!! Just go into a good clothes shop or an accessories shop and they will probably have them if not try Claires Accessories they always have them. They are all basically cheep aswell.

leggings don't have feet, tights do.
target -- look for leggins with the clothing, tights with the socks.
'hue' is a good brand.

Leggings are the ones were your feet go through,tights are with the feet.And thats about the price of them nothing higher i know,you can get them from j c penny dillards ect.
