Which do you prefer: leggings or hoisery?

I'm aware they're 2 different things, but which do you like better? I got this cute chocolate brown skirt from banana republic, and I was thinknig of wearing it with dark brown hoisery and heeled boots because I think I look horrible in leggings. One reason is because I'm 5'2, and secondly, I'm self concious of my legs b/c I'm fair complected and I physically can't get a tan, and I think dark brown hoise would look nice with it... what do you think?

First off I would say the skirt is not ugly. I would also say if you wear hoisery with it then it will dress it up more. Leggings tend to be more casual. I would disagree with you regarding the size matter. My wife is 5.1 and she can wear leggings or hoisery but it does depend on the style you are looking for as well as your personality. clothing is all about personality. It reflects who you are and is the first impression people have of you. This must be taken into account when you are making decisions like this. I think most people can pull off anything they want if they carry themselves with confidence.

As to the color I woudl stay away from brown. To much of any one color and it can become bland. You do not want that. If you do not like different colors go for something like nude or a very very light tan.

I would try a different color hose if you aren't into leggins. I personally prefer leggins bc I think hoisery is so uncomfortable but leggins look good on me bc I am almost 6 feet tall- my bff is only like 5'1'' so I understand what you mean.

I think if you must wear hose, try something fun like a red or a cobalt blue. If you wear too much of that brown you are going to end up looking like an old lady.

I always stockings with suspenders but with me I have to take my leg off every now and again when I am working so it would not be easy in tights.
sorry but I think the skirt looks rather ugly as well if you are going to wear brown leggings I suggest a mid tan skirt

I do not believe guys have ever favored tights handiest stockings and suspenders. When leggings got here at the scene, you're honestly in a position to look a woman's backside (at high-quality) and tops of legs by way of them, primarily their form, which I feel is extra exciting than being blanketed up!

I dont like either but for you with the skirt & boots I would get some panty hose. It will help you look darker & would be very cute! I hope this helps! :)
