even though they used to be there, does that mean I've been blocked?

Not sure why I've been blocked...I did try and answer one of his questions, but it reads, "not available at this time."
Maybe he thinks I'm a troll...that's too bad.

or they are not adding contacts at this time. try and answer one of their q's next time you see them. if you cannot answer, you have been blocked

How could anyone block you?! You are naughty (in a good way) and nice so I don't see how that could happen. Maybe he is suspended. I bet that is the reason.

i have never been blocked,but i have tried to add a contact and if they do not let anyone add you do get that message.
have someone else try, if it happens to them, it is him, not you. try to email him from his profile or 360. or have someone else try.
if everybody can contact him , except you, it is you.
now tell the truth, what did you do to this guy ? did you scare him? send him porn maybe? told him you wanted to have his baby ?

Looks that way. Can you use his profile page and see if he has an e-mail option or a 360 account that you could write him and ask WHY.
