Talk to your brother and tell him to stop drinking and smoking or you will tell your parents. And if he stops you don't need to say anything to your parents, but if he continues tell them.

You can do both! You can be right upfront & tell him you are going to talk to your parents about this as you feel that he is too young to make these types of choices! Then do it! It has nothing to do with being loyal... Caring comes from within & taking responsibility. If you don't & something happens - you'll kick yourself over & over for not coming forward!

Ask him to stop. tell him it's bad. If he doesn't stop or at least not take so much tell your parents. If you really don't want to tell them tell someone who can help you. but if it was my brother, i'd tell my parents 'cause however bad he is now, he can only get worse. And he'll prob. thank you later in life. Taking drugs and drinking can ruin your life. WHATEVER YOU DO GET HIM SOME HELP!

Tell, because those things are gross. Smoking will make the teeth yellow, cause bad breath, not to mention cancer. It's disgusting!! And I heard alcohol isn't good for the liver.

you tell your parents..his young and smoking and drinking can get him in trouble..if you care for him..you need to let ur parents know wht his doing

You have to do something he is to young to be drinking especially if he is driving if something bad happens you'll wish you had good luck
