Get a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Throw a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the cake. Then crush some oreos on top of the ice cream. Next drizzle the chocolate syrup over it and top it off with the whipped cream.

Depends on the time of day.
Morning when we are all off and running, I enjoy it on/in my coffee as flavoring.
Afternoon when I am trying to cope with all the patients that have not done their preperations for their exam, I put it on ice cream to unwind.
Evening when everyone if starting to settle down for the night is a great time for more coffee AND ice cream with the family.
Late evening when are are sleeping, well, then it's time for THE REAL TREAT....my husband and the works.
