- As Heather is saying slanderous things about Paul that he is unable to defend.
- She is giving out details to make herself look good.
- She wants the right to 'talk' so that afterwards she can get a book deal and go round on the chat shows (US & UK) getting paid as a 'professional victim'
- Paul is not actually saying that much except that he is hurt and having a terrible time.
- Most people are PRO Paul and are prepared to give him leway and they see Heather as a underhanded money grabbing lying self absorbed Batch.
(GMTV talking about a charity BUT spent most of the time talking about herself - "I would rather cut my other limbs off" Insult to disabled - "Paul hit me" No proof and slander - Moaning £25 MILLION is not enough cash GREEDY OR WHAT !? - Turing up to a hearing in a wheelchair when she was happy enough dancing in the US TV show.)

I wish they'd both just shut the hell up and get on with their lives, if people would let them of course! As for those who whine about Heather being a gold digger - it's stupid. People seem to forget that Heather wasn't exactly bankrupt when she married Macca, she had her own money and was well known for her charity work (obviously her earnings were nowhere even vaguely near as much as his, but that's not the point).
Whatever the case, THEY HAVE A YOUNG CHILD who doesn't need all this pathetic press nonsense. It really is sad.

I don't believe he has, do you have a link? According to the link below, "Sir Paul McCartney has vowed to maintain his silence about his divorce with estranged wife Heather Mills, because he's determined to "remain dignified".
I have never been a McCartney fan but I've always respected the fact that he has been in the limelight for over 40 years and it's only since his split with Mills that I have EVER heard anything detrimental about him. He seems to be a genuine, honest, likeable guy who is very much loved by family and friends. He has always shied away from the limelight as much as possible preferring to live as normal and as private a life as possible.
Now some little gold digger who has already been proved time and time again to be a liar wants to make her fortune and increase her 'celebrity' by writing memoirs, biography, being interviewed and basically telling a pack of lies? Wouldn't you want a gagging clause to deal with trash like that?

David Bowie made Angie Bowie shut up for 10 years after they divorced, after the 10 years was up she wrote a book about their time together which was interesting reading, hope heather tells all, I'd love to read about it being a Hugh McCartney fan. Can't stand Heather, I've never took to her, from seeing her on This Morning show years ago, She thinks she's the bees knees, and she's not!

Male Dominance? - that is probably why the marriage failed. I love Macca but I hope Heather comes out on top as she is not half as bad as the envious would like us to believe, and if he has the money he can afford to do the right thing by her.He won't miss it!

Might be interesting to hear what she has to say. I don't really feel that much sympathy for him, he is an old man who married a much younger women, the situation he now finds himself in is a common one these days. I think she has had a pretty bad deal, some of his kids seemed to have worked hard to break the marriage up. He can afford to give her a big wad, perhaps he will have learnt something from the experience. I don't believe he didn't know about her past.

It all boils down to cash at the end of the day, younger woman marries older man and guess what they get divorced and then they start fighting over money, i feel sorry for the child.

That women should only get 50% of Sir Pauls money from the day thay got married, and Sir Paul should also get 50% of her money.
Sir Paul keeps and as always kept his family life private, this women will never be a Lady will never match Linda,
the only good thing about that women is when she's out of sight.
What right does she have to ask for his money befor they met.

even if people (naming no names so i don't get a rush of thumbs down) aren't allowed to comment in public - being official suspects for example - it is incredible how much gets said by these people
i'm sure that this soon to be ex-mcc...(sorry force of habit) mac can afford to pay an official spokesman
i don't really care for her but poor soul she really has earned that money being married to this particular national treasure

When Paul doesn't want her to speak about it, he's talking about after the settlement - she wants to write a tell all book apparently. Given that she may not be the most truthful person in the world, she may embroider the story a little.....
Easy money though - I can't see why she's complaining.
