totally luigi!
playing as the main character is always boring! luigi is way more funny than mario in things like paper mario and in super mario 2 his jumping was hiarious!

I have a special place in my heart for the guy with the green overalls. Back in the NES days I almost always HAD to play with Luigi because my older cousins would always have the first stick(controller).
