the pencil lead in the newer .5 mm pencils contain a less toxic kind of lead. i thinks its nothing to worry about. You got the lead out you should be fine. Now, if your pregnant you might want to mention it at your next ob appointment.

Bet not. My daughter got stabbed with a pencil in the second grade (in her arm) and the lead is still there. She is 34 now.
