I am confident the Democrat leadership will be the Democrat leadership.
Morally bankrupt individuals who would risk everything this country stands for and has achieved in their quest to achieve political power at any price.
I point to the senseless and baseless smear of President Bush, condemning Turkey for something that happened nearly 100 years ago for the third time, embracing a terrorist regime in Syria, using tax payer dollars to attack private citizens, accusing our soldiers of being Nazis and rapists and murderers, and attacks on the First Amendment as evidence.

Yeah, confidence that no true legislation will be passed, confidence that they will be mocked and ridiculed, confidence that they will undermine our own soldiers fighting in Iraq by trying to get Turkey to apologize for something the Ottomans did 90 years ago, confidence that the largest piece of legislation they do get through congress will be a "Non-binding resolution" (ie... a worthless piece of legislation which sounds important but means nothing)

I sure feel more confident that idiot conservatives who sat out the last elections to “punish” the republicans won’t sit it out during the next elections. That’s the only way them socialist dems acquired the majority.
Vote conservative conservatives!!!

As soon as we can get those obstructist Republicans out of there, the Democrats will start moving ahead and undoing the damage that Bush and the other Republicans have caused. Since there is a lot of damage, the repair will take a lot of time. Just wait and see. Only 15 months before the Republicans lose their ability to destroy America.

Yes I do-----a new confidence that they will continue to screw up right up until the November 2008 election, and cost the Democrats the Presidency.

No. I have zero confidence in Congress. It doesn't matter if the D's or the R's control the majority, they are all whores.

No.
It's like the "confidence" Americans felt on 9/11 when they watched bush allow the USA to be attacked by terrorists.
