i am looking into starting a ccna(cisco certified network associate) course at college and i just wondered if any1 has completed this course, how hard the course material is to learn. I would also appreciate any advice to do with courses etc

Well worth doing ... cost of doing this later runs into thousands ..

It's will be reasonably difficult (but not impossible) for some-one with minimal practical experience - it's quite specialist material, however anyone with A level maths and a logical outlook should be able to complete it.

I've never taken the course, but I have talked about it with colleagues. It is hard and detailed. But it is valuable as a certification. If you can take the course for free at school, I'd do it - assuming you like working with networks.

The money you get with that qualification is huuuuge. Go to your library and have a leaf through the bible sized book.

I thought I knew quite a bit about networking but the detail they go into is waaaaaay beyond me- hope you are brighter than me lol
