The Illuminati does exist and people are apart of it that don't even know it.

Our, I mean their, job is actually to protect lesser humans from destroying themselves and each other.

We, I mean they, do meet secretly to plan their areas of operation.

In business this means my employees are content and happy. I pay them adequately to be content with their lives. I identify the ones that want more and help coach them to become Illuminati participants through promotions and raises.

The ones who stay content aren't necessarily lazy, they just don't have the skills or desires to move up. I don't have a problem with it, I need low level workers to.
