Is it very physically demanding? Do you have to be very strong, and or tall? Is there alot of physical labor usually associated with it? Or is it mostly just driving?

It's not as hard labor as most jobs related to materials and construction but it's also not easy.

Handling one of those trucks can be physically demanding and more than a little stressful. Just driving it down the road can put some strain on your muscles and the controls on some will require upper body strength. Most modern trucks are designed to ease the handling and are even pretty comfortable.

You don't have to be particularly strong (just normal health) and height has little to do with anything (I'm 5'4 and drove CDL A and B years ago). Just remember to stay alert (even more than regular trucks) because a full dump body is really heavy and that truck won't stop like a furniture delivery truck will.

I found that construction driving was mostly waiting. ☺ Then hurry and get it there - then wait some more. It's good entry level experience driving though and if you can get your class A CDL somehow while doing it you will see more opportunities for more money.

I don't want to be on the road with you if you aren't qualified to drive: ergo no license. The company can get huge fines for hiring unlicensed drivers and should not hire you until you are qualified. As far as what happens to you? Look it up yourself.
