Well if you can hit as many of the parks as you can. They are each special in their own way.
SeaWorld- amazing shows and 2 good rides
Universal Studios- A Park like no other... great live shows if he understands English and can get American Humor
Islands of Adventure- The most amazing park on the planet!
Disney's Animal Kingdom- can be a quiet park or a wild park that is why I love it!
Disney-MGM Studios- A fun park with a few thrills and a few good shows
EPCOT- fun laid back, and also some great themed attractions
Magic Kingdom- Classic, and enchanting and something that everyone should experience

Take out a second mortgage on your home and take him to all four Disney parks and Universal Studios Escape. Disney World has beginner coasters like Space Mountain, and more adult coasters like Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Sucker him on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster - tell him there are no hills. Well, it really doesn't have any hills, does it?
The thing that makes these coasters in Orlando special is that there are just as many visuals to the ride as the hold on for your life aspect. In my opinion, that makes Orlando coasters better than the coasters at Cedar Point in Ohio. So prepare him and tell him that he won't get to jam with Aerosmith on any other coaster except at Disney.

WDW without a doubt. Make sure to hit Epcot and Animal Kingdom.
Animal kingdom has Mt. Everest (awesome roller coaster btw) and Epcot is a park with more of a adult theme to it. Be sure to check out Soarin', Mission:Space & Test Track in epcot.
The great thing about Epcot.. you travel to different countries in one day, experiencing the culture and different foods.
I'm not sure on Universal.. i've never been there but i do know they have lots of roller coasters.

Magic Kingdom would be best in my opinon. They have a wide variety of rides to choose from. Not to mention the classics like Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Carribean.

It really depends on what he likes. If he likes to do rides than take him to busch gardens or universal islands of adventure. If he's easy going & likes other things you might want to consider sea world or disney.I would'nt take him to magic kingdom though b/c that's aimed more toward children
