Probably one of the most significant questions I have seen on Yahoo answers.
It is impossible for any group of people to be unwittingly that incompetent, this level of incompetence needs to be engineered and worked at.
The Governments objectives have nothing to do with the welfare of the Nation, self interest, nepotism, meglamania and capitalist doctrine is what they crave.
Their power is fueled by the apathy of the population, who are happy if theres credit on their cards, Chinese crap on the High Street, alcohol & drugs to provide the narcosis to replace thought and garbage on the TV.
The dumbed down education system has produced Government sponsored media fodder, who know if its on TV, in the papers or on the web , its true.
DO NOT STOP ASKING THIS QUESTION!

Well said Sherlock could not have put it better myself. I have been a Labour supporter all my life but no more. To Kit fang who says "we cannot blame govt. for unruly kids" OH YES WE CAN. They have systematically taken away the authority held by parents and teachers, they have made discipline a filthy word, they have passed legislation giving children more rights than adults, think this might just have something to do with it? You blame the eu for the numbers coming here, who are letting the plans for even more domination by the eu in by the back door? Who has reneged on a manifesto promise to give us a referendum on the same subject? Of course no political party can please the whole electorate, but they are supposed to represent the majority! Think ahead..... Who do you think all these feral kids and incomers will vote for in the future? The govt are making sure now.

Labour are trying to destroy the UK. At least when the Tories were in power they tried to help our motor industry, Tony Bliar wouldn't help MGRover and he gave away more powers to the European Union, just as his successor will. They are traitors, pure and simple.

perhaps it's time i was given the job of prime minister.....
but yes, they have done a lot wrong, and are still not admitting to a lot of the problems that we have, but at least they're doing something. no party is ever going to do everything everybody wants. And it's not their fault that half the country's parents have no control over their children, or that the EU insists on allowing thousands of people into the country who cannot speak english, yet still manage to take people's jobs, and sponge off the state.

They have already done that! Britain is just not Britain anymore, not then way I remember England being say 10 years ago.......political correctness has gone beyond ridiculous...don't insult ANYONE who is any colour other than white (but you can insult white people-cos no-one gives a s***t about them!!) Immigration gone wild, and immigrants given PRIORITY not just equal treatment...........oh don't start me off...I was just having a nice coffee and a browse on my laptop, and now I'm in need of a brandy to calm me down!!!

I wonder what state this country would have been in if we had had the Tories in power these last ten years? The country would be shattered. Never forget how bad things were by the time we finally kicked them out in 1997.
